Accessibility Statement
Bee Kind Reimagined is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including disabled people and those who use assistive technologies.
We are continually reviewing the website as it develops and aim to remove barriers that could make it difficult for someone to browse our products, obtain information, contact us or make a purchase.
If you experience an accessibility problem or need information in a different way, please contact us. We will do our best to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to access the information or service you need.
Our commitment to accessibility
We want people to be able to use the Bee Kind Reimagined website regardless of disability, access need or the technology they use.
We therefore aim to consider accessibility when designing pages, adding products, publishing images and written content, creating forms and introducing new website features.
The Equality Act 2010 places duties on service providers in relation to disabled people, including a duty to make reasonable adjustments where appropriate. We aim to take accessibility into account proactively rather than waiting until a customer encounters a problem.
Where someone cannot use part of our website because of an accessibility barrier, we will consider reasonable alternative ways of providing the relevant information or service.
The accessibility standard we aim to follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as a guide when reviewing and improving the accessibility of this website.
Our aim is to work towards the Level AA criteria where reasonably practicable.
WCAG is an internationally recognised accessibility standard covering areas such as:
-
text alternatives for images;
-
headings and page structure;
-
colour and contrast;
-
keyboard accessibility;
-
understandable navigation;
-
labels and instructions for forms; and
-
compatibility with assistive technologies.
We do not currently make a formal claim that every page and feature of the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly as products, blog content, third-party services and other features are added or changed. W3C itself distinguishes between using WCAG as an accessibility standard and making a formal conformance claim.
Steps we take to improve accessibility
As part of developing and maintaining the Bee Kind Reimagined website, we take steps including:
-
using a logical heading structure;
-
providing meaningful alternative text for relevant product and content images;
-
avoiding unnecessary text embedded within images;
-
checking colour contrast and text readability;
-
using descriptive links and buttons;
-
giving forms clear labels and instructions;
-
reviewing desktop and mobile layouts separately;
-
maintaining clear and consistent navigation;
-
using understandable language where reasonably possible;
-
checking pages using Wix accessibility tools;
-
manually reviewing important customer journeys; and
-
considering accessibility when new website features or integrations are introduced.
Automated accessibility tools are useful for finding certain problems, but they cannot identify every possible accessibility barrier. We therefore use automated checks as one part of a broader review process.
Using this website
The website is designed to work across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.
Depending on your browser and device, you should normally be able to use functions such as:
-
browser zoom to enlarge text and content;
-
keyboard navigation;
-
built-in browser or operating-system accessibility features; and
-
compatible assistive technologies.
We aim to keep navigation, headings, product information and calls to action clear and consistent so that visitors can understand where they are and how to continue through the website.
We also try to avoid relying solely on colour, images or visual positioning to communicate important information.
Shopping, forms and member features
Accessibility is particularly important in parts of the website that allow visitors to complete important tasks.
We therefore aim to make features such as:
-
product browsing;
-
shopping and checkout;
-
contact and enquiry forms;
-
member accounts;
-
loyalty or rewards features;
-
newsletter subscription;
-
blog content; and
-
cookie and privacy controls
as usable and understandable as reasonably possible.
Some of these features are provided wholly or partly by Wix or other service providers. Where we can configure their presentation or accessibility, we will review the available settings and use appropriate options.
If you cannot complete an important action because of an accessibility problem, please contact us and we will try to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to complete the task.
Known limitations
We are continuing to review and improve the accessibility of the Bee Kind Reimagined website.
Because the website contains a mixture of our own content, Wix functionality and services supplied by other providers, there may occasionally be accessibility limitations that we cannot immediately identify or fully control.
Potential limitations may include:
-
accessibility issues within third-party applications or embedded services;
-
newly added website features that require further testing;
-
newly published product, blog or portfolio content that has not yet completed its full accessibility review;
-
differences in how particular browsers, devices or assistive technologies interact with Wix features; and
-
temporary accessibility problems introduced when website components or third-party services are updated.
We do not intentionally leave known accessibility barriers unresolved where we can reasonably correct them.
If you encounter a problem that is not listed here, please tell us. Accessibility feedback from people actually using the website can identify barriers that automated testing may not detect.
Third-party services and content
Some parts of the Bee Kind Reimagined website are provided, hosted or supported by third parties.
These may include services relating to:
-
website hosting and ecommerce;
-
checkout and payment processing;
-
member accounts and loyalty features;
-
cookie-consent controls;
-
embedded maps or social-media content;
-
analytics;
-
newsletter or communication services; and
-
other integrations that we may add to the website.
We aim to choose and configure these services with accessibility in mind where we have control over their settings.
However, some aspects of third-party services are controlled by their providers rather than Bee Kind Reimagined.
If a third-party feature creates an accessibility barrier that prevents you from obtaining information, contacting us or completing a purchase, please contact us. We will try to provide a reasonable alternative and, where appropriate, investigate whether the problem can be corrected or reported to the provider.
Accessibility feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Bee Kind Reimagined website.
Please contact us if:
-
you find something difficult or impossible to use;
-
a link, button or form does not work with your assistive technology;
-
information is difficult to read or understand;
-
an image needs additional explanation;
-
you cannot complete a purchase or enquiry because of an accessibility barrier; or
-
you need information provided in another reasonable format.
When contacting us, it is helpful if you can tell us:
-
which page or feature caused the problem;
-
what you were trying to do;
-
the device, browser or assistive technology involved, where relevant; and
-
what alternative or assistance would help you.
You do not need to provide technical information if you do not know it.
We will consider the issue and do our best to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to access the information or service.
How we review accessibility
Accessibility is included in our website-review process rather than treated as a one-off task.
Our reviews may include:
-
Wix automated accessibility scans;
-
checking heading structures and page titles;
-
checking image alternative text;
-
reviewing colour contrast;
-
reviewing links, buttons and form labels;
-
checking desktop and mobile layouts;
-
testing important customer journeys;
-
reviewing new website applications and integrations; and
-
carrying out additional checks when significant parts of the website are changed.
We also review accessibility when introducing features such as new shop functionality, member services, loyalty features, blog content or third-party integrations.
Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility issue, so we also carry out manual checks where reasonably practicable.
We will update this statement where significant changes to the website or our accessibility practices make an update appropriate.

If you experience an accessibility problem, need assistance using the website or would like information provided in another reasonable way, please contact Bee Kind Reimagined through our Contact & Enquiries page.
Please explain what you are trying to access and what assistance would be useful. We will do our best to provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
